Introduction

LokTok AI: Dramas & Movies (“LokTok AI”, “we”, or “the app”) helps you discover movies and TV that fit your mood. This Privacy Policy describes what information is processed when you use the app and how we protect it.

What stays on your device

Depending on how you use the app, the following may be stored locally on your device only:

• Your display name, if you enter it during onboarding (used for greetings).
• Your watchlist, ratings, notes, and similar library data in an on-device database.
• UI preferences such as language and accent colors.

We do not operate LokTok AI backend accounts for this data. Removing the app deletes this local information.

What we do not do

We do not sell your personal information. We do not run our own analytics SDK for tracking you across other apps or websites. We do not require a login to use LokTok AI for its core features described above.

Advertising — Google AdMob only

LokTok AI is supported by ads served through Google AdMob, which is our only advertising SDK. AdMob may process technical data needed to deliver and measure ads, such as device identifiers, IP address, coarse region, and ad interaction events. Where required by law (for example in the EEA, UK, or California), Google’s User Messaging Platform (UMP) may collect consent for personalized or non-personalized ads.

Movie & TV metadata

Posters, titles, and descriptions may be loaded from The Movie Database (TMDB). When content is requested, TMDB receives standard network information (such as IP address) under their terms — TMDB API terms.

Children

LokTok AI is not directed at children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your region). AdMob is configured to respect child-directed and age-appropriate restrictions where applicable.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when our practices or features change. The “Last updated” date at the top will change. Continued use of the app after an update means you accept the revised policy.
